The only way to report much that goes on outside the US is to do exactly this… put it up on websites so that the couple planning to take a vacation there may have a change of heart.

I get email all the time from people outraged that I put up some of this, but would you rather just not know?

First of all, they were not soldiers from the Peruvian army. The video was filmed in a pre-military academy that is supposed to prepare people who wish to enroll the army. This video caught immediate attention from media in Peru long time ago as ALL peruvians condemn any kind of inhumane acts, especially those targeted against defenseless animals. As for those idiots who wrote all those insults against peruvian people, I suggest them to get out of their shitholes and get educated.
It is also interesting to see how many people in this blog have double standards. just outrageous. Finally, instead of criticize the Peruvian government, you should be more concerned about what happens in your country.

I would say that such people should be cut into pieces and fed to animals. Animals never do anyone unnecessary harm, leave alone for entertainment or vicious purposes like of man. I think this is completely appropriate, all the dead dogs resulting from this is still nothing to what america does to people. Dogs may be defenceless animals, but thats all they are. Animals. If you really wanted to be caring, you wouldnt take dogs from their natural habitat and domesticate them, killing them is no worse than killing any animal.
